This website provides information about commercial cleaning services and allows visitors to request a walkthrough or estimate. Submitting a form does not create a binding service appointment or contract.

Estimates and service agreements

Final scope, pricing, schedule, access requirements, supplies, exclusions, and service terms are confirmed directly after reviewing the property. A cleaning engagement begins only after both parties approve the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Property information and access

Customers are responsible for providing accurate property details and communicating access instructions, building rules, security procedures, hazards, restricted areas, and special-surface requirements before service.

Scope changes

Pricing and timing may change when actual property conditions, square footage, service frequency, access, construction dust, waste volume, or requested tasks differ materially from the original scope.

Commercial cleaning limitations

Standard commercial cleaning does not include hazardous-material remediation, regulated medical waste, biohazard cleanup, pest removal, heavy debris hauling, exterior high-rise work, or specialized restoration unless expressly agreed in writing.
